Private party packages

Choose the perfect package for your group. Our parties are designed for a minimum of 10 guests and a maximum of 30. For groups larger than 30, please contact us for a special consultation.

Adult events

Enjoy a two-hour painting session tailored for adults:

  • Painting only: $20 per guest
  • Paint and our signature individual charcuterie box: $25 per guest

Includes lightly pre-drawn canvas, painting supplies, and an apron.

Kids' events

Recommended for ages 6-12 (younger with adult help), this one-hour painting event includes:

  • Paint only: $15 per guest
  • Paint plus snack box: $20 per guest

Includes lightly pre-drawn canvas, painting supplies, and an apron.

Optional rentals

Enhance your event with our convenient rental options:

  • 6 foot tables with 4 chairs each: $30 per table setup
  • Floor coverings: $10

When you book with Canvas &Company, you receive a complete, stress-free painting experience. Everything from the canvas to the instructor is covered.

Choose your masterpiece

Select from our extensive catalog of paintings, including seasonal and holiday themes, perfect for both adults and kids. We have a design for every taste!

All supplies provided

Each guest receives a lightly pre-drawn canvas, all necessary painting supplies, and an apron. If purchased, our signature charcuterie or snack boxes with your choice of complimentary seasonal fruit infused water  are also included.

How to book your private party

Booking your Canvas &Company private event is simple and straightforward. Follow these easy steps to secure your date and get ready to paint!

1. Select your date and time

 Choose an event type. Select your venue. ( Remember outdoor events must have an secondary indoor location. Your event is not refundable due to inclement weather.) Pick a date and time then start planning .     A $35 fuel fee applies for events further than 50 miles  from Augusta, Indiana.

2. Register and pay deposit

Follow the link to our registration form, fill out the required information, and pay to secure your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

3. Confirmation and balance

You will receive a confirmation email and phone call to finalize event details shortly after booking.
